MacArthur U.S. Residents' mission is to preserve and foster unto themselves their time-honored Philippine heritage, customs and traditions; as well as, to promote and protect their common and/or mutual interests - whether personal, civic, social and/or economic; and to conserve and keep alive their true innate spirit of unity and oneness for the love of their hometown of Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar, Philippines.
